We found a company that corresponds to our silicon metal products through a Google search and sent a development email to the email address published on their official website. Afterwards, we also called the customer, and after several rounds of negotiation, we had a dispute regarding the payment method for grade 553 silicon metal. However, the customer decided to increase the purchase volume, and we offered a discount in response to this situation. The customer was very satisfied with our quotation and decided to make concessions on the payment method. Ultimately, we reached a consensus regarding the order. Shortly after, the customer traveled from the UAE to visit our factory, and both parties engaged in deeper communication, ultimately reaching an agreement.
