When smelting Ferro silicon, the silica is reduced by the ore furnace at a high temperature of 1500-1800° and the silicon is dissolved in the liquid iron to form a ferro silicon alloy. After cooling, the ferro silicon alloy is processed manually or machine crushing to form a ferro silicon block according to customer requirements.
