User Requests for Samples and Inspection
Generally, users request the ferroalloy company to provide samples for inspection before placing an order. We offer different types of ferroalloy samples weighing 1 to 3 kg to users at no charge, facilitating their sampling and inspection. Although the samples are provided free of charge, users are still required to pay a small shipping fee. Additionally, before we conduct sampling of the ferroalloy, users need to contact our customer service staff to provide detailed sample parameters and other relevant information to help our team supply accurate ferroalloy samples.
